Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge to deliver high-quality care. Skills Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. Proven experience in discharge planning and care coordination with other disciplines. Skilled in managing diverse patient populations including geriatrics and orthopedic cases. Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and patient tracking. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to motivate and support individuals through their recovery journeys. Experience in home & community care environments with a focus on home health services. Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation methods.
