Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Your expertise will support patients across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and community care settings, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop tailored care plans based on individual needs and medical history Implement physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports rehabilitation Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless patient care transitions Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and medical terminology guidelines Requirements Valid license or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable region Proven experience in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice Experience with discharge planning, care plans development, and patient care management Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation procedures Background in pediatrics, orthopedics, geriatrics, or sports therapy is preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping patients regain their independence through expert physiotherapy care! #IMR03
