PT PRN Stern Therapy Consultants Agawam, MA Job Details PRN $58 - $60 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Physical Therapy License Full Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN Agawam Campus Agawam, MA $60/hour Agawam Campus is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with residents focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, and overall functional independence.
Position Responsibilities:
Complete physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment sessions Address gait training, transfers, balance, strengthening, endurance, and mobility goals Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, and physicians to support resident care plans Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation
