$70.00 - $80.00 per visit (Based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and autonomous Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a per diem basis to provide high-quality care to patients in the Dorchester, MA area. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for maximum flexibility and a competitive "pay-per-visit" structure. As a Per Diem PT, you will manage your own schedule while delivering one-on-one rehabilitative care in the comfort of the patient's home. You will focus on helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial physical therapy assessments and evaluations ($120/visit). Develop and implement individualized plans of care centered on patient goals. Perform routine follow-up visits to provide therapeutic exercises and gait training ($70-$80/visit). Document all clinical activities accurately and timely in accordance with Medicare and state regulations.

Qualifications Education:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licensure:

Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Experience:

Previous experience in home health is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with the OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) program is a very big plus.

Reliability:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within Dorchester and surrounding neighborhoods.

Pay:

Up to $120.00 per hour
