We will consider and welcome applicants with varied experiences. We prefer at least 1 to 3 years of total clinical experience, with at least 1 year completed in an outpatient setting preferred . A strong New grad may be considered to enter our 6 month onboarding and mentorship track. An ideal candidate would need to be detailed, organized, passionate about personal and professional growth, customer/patient-centered, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Independent, self-driven therapists thrive in our autonomous but team- based setting!
