Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Deliver a wide range of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and therapeutic exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation and optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and ongoing wellness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited university with a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one Clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation or related settings preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
