Per Diem Dalton, MA Apply Craneville Place Skilled Nursing Home & Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate and caring Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Dalton. Join our team! Requirements for Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA):
Current Massachusetts PT or PTA license
1-2 years in long term care, preferred Job duties for Physical Therapist Assistant/PTA
Evaluation, treatment, and discharge disposition of patients,
Documentation of resident care
Proper coding of billing
