- Stay engaged with a wide range of cases across ortho, neuro, balance, and vestibular Your role: As a Physical Therapist (PT) at FYZICAL Framingham, you'll focus on delivering exceptional care and growing your clinical expertise: Clinical Care Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy Treat patients across a range of conditions, including vestibular, balance, orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric rehab Use innovative tools such as infrared goggles and an overhead harness systems to enhance treatment outcomes Educate patients and families to support long-term recovery and independence Document plans of care and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards Professional Growth Work closely with senior PTs and clinical leaders for mentorship and skill development Build expertise in specialty areas such as vestibular rehab, balance therapy, and/or pelvic health through structured training and access to industry experts Get exposure to innovative approaches and a broad scope of wellness services Contribute to clinical quality, workflow improvements, and program development Community Engagement Help elevate awareness of PT's role in wellness and fall prevention within the community Our ideal candidate: Licensed PT in Massachusetts (or eligible) Graduate (or soon to be) of an accredited Physical Therapy program Passion for patient care and an eagerness to grow in vestibular and balance therapy Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) highly valued Familiarity with Prompt EMR a plus (training provided) Competitive salary and benefits: Salary range $75,000-110,000 (commensurate with experience) Signing bonus & performance bonus Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) Health, dental and vision Insurance via ICHRA 401k with matching Generous continuing education and specialty certification opportunities Full-time and part-time candidates welcome.
