Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings, especially with physical therapy. Valid PT license in MA, maintained in good standing. Familiarity with safe patient handling, materials/infectious disease protocols, and environmental safety best practices. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient documentation skills. Commitment to continuing education and professional development. Uphold ethical standards and compliance with state/federal regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, create and adjust treatment plans in alignment with physician directives. Oversee and direct therapy services for assigned patients. Maintain timely, accurate, and detailed documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements. Participate in student supervision and professional growth activities.
