Week Program •Speech Pathologist/SLPA (1 +/-)Speech Supervisor (1-only if SLP is not hired)Occupational Therapist/OTA (1)Occupational Therapist Supervisor (1-only if OT is not hired)Physical Therapist/PTA (1) •Physical Therapist Supervisor (1-only if PT is not hired) •
QUALIFICATIONS
Appropriate Certification with the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education or MA Division of Professional Licensure (where applicable) required

Director of Special Education/Designee

To provide appropriate educational services for students
