An established community nonprofit is expanding its early intervention teams and seeking compassionate, creative professionals who are passionate about making a difference. This is an exceptional opportunity to support children and families using a proven parent coaching model in home and community-based settings. Physical Therapist
  • Early Intervention Benefits & Compensation Flexible full-time and part-time schedules (minimum 20 hours/week ) 20 days paid time off (3 weeks PTO and 1 week sick) plus paid holidays; PTO increases with longevity Additional PTO week after 3 years of employment and ongoing increases Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution, effective day one Company-paid life and long-term disability insurance 403(b) retirement plan with potential up to 5% match and longevity differential pay program Mileage and cell phone reimbursement Tax-exempt flexible spending and dependent care accounts Student loan reimbursement program and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Ongoing training, professional development, and continuing education funds Supportive, family-friendly culture with flexible scheduling Physical Therapist•Early Intervention Requirements & Qualifications Current state Physical Therapist license Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize clinical caseload independently Collaborative team player with the ability to work across disciplines Computer proficiency (Outlook, MS Office, Google Docs, and database management) Ability to lift and move children up to 40 pounds Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Bilingual abilities a plus Physical Therapist•Early Intervention Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide home and community-based therapy services for children birth to 3 years old Engage and empower caregivers with parent coaching to maximize each child's development Participate in interdisciplinary teams and collaborative meetings Facilitate playgroups and support developmental evaluations as needed Document progress and maintain ongoing communication with families and team members
