  • Help Build the Future of Rehab + Longevity on Cape Cod Cape Cod Rehab and FitPlan Cape Cod are seeking a Physical Therapist who wants more than a traditional outpatient position.
We are an independent, therapist-owned practice that is expanding beyond traditional rehabilitation into longevity, fitness, prevention, and performance. Our team combines evidence-based physical therapy, aquatic therapy, fitness, and wellness programming to help people stay active and healthy throughout their lives.
