I need someone to perform a daily PT routine in my home for 60-90 minutes, at least 4 afternoons per week, anytime between 3:30 and 6:30pm. My goals are to maintain flexibility, relieve pain and tension, and improve circulation, digestion and sleep. Seeking a licensed PT or PT/DPT student with minimum 2 years experience.
PAY RATE
Competitive hourly pay starting at $40/hour. I'm happy to pay you on a weekly basis, or per session, via Venmo.
FLEXIBLE PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULE
We will figure out a weekly schedule that suits BOTH of us. Please be ready to share your current availability for the next 6 months!
REQUIREMENTS
(1) excellent listener and communicator who can commit to 12 months minimum (excluding holidays, vacations) (2) at least 2 years experience as a licensed PT or student completing your degree. (3) able to provide ROM, hip stretches , neuromuscular massage, suboccipital release (4) experience with spinal cord injury, paraplegia, or chronic disability . If you have never met or worked with a person in a wheelchair before, this is not the right opportunity for you (yet). (5) must love dogs ! I have a lively, loving Yorkshire terrier. You won't be taking care of him, but he will greet you with abundant love and enthusiasm! If you're excited about that, please apply! If that makes you nervous, do NOT apply! LOCATION
My home is in Medford, convenient to Tufts and Assembly Row, a 1-minute walk from the 134 bus stop. LOTS of free, unmetered parking by our residence.
