- Medford, Malden & Somerville, Massachusetts Healthy Aging Physical Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team serving older adults throughout Medford, Malden, and Somerville, Massachusetts.
At Healthy Aging Physical Therapy, we bring high-quality outpatient physical therapy directly to older adults in their homes, independent living communities, assisted living communities, and senior living residences.

Responsibilities Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services to older adults in their homes and senior living communities throughout Medford, Malden, and Somerville Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based treatment focused on mobility, balance, strength, fall prevention, independence, and quality of life Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic, neurologic, vestibular, Parkinson's disease, osteoporosis, and general age-related functional decline Educate patients, families, caregivers, and community partners to promote aging in place and long-term wellness Utilize technology including remote therapeutic monitoring and digital exercise programs to improve outcomes and engagement Document effectively within our EMR system in accordance with Medicare and regulatory standards Collaborate with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Personal Trainers Why Join Healthy Aging Physical Therapy?
