Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN / Per Diem Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation Whitinsville, MA $60-$65/hour (PRN) We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility while continuing to deliver high-quality rehab services.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on mobility, strength, and pain management Supervise PTA staff and collaborate with the rehab team Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation
