About the Role For Physical Therapist (PT): As a Physical Therapist at Brush Hill Care Center, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing personalized and compassionate physical therapy services. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident. Our state-of-the-art therapy gym and equipment, as well as our commitment to world-class care, ensure that you will have the resources and support you need to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement effective physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretching, and other therapies, to promote optimal function and independence Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and home exercise programs Participate in family conferences and provide regular updates on resident progress Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident treatment plans, progress, and outcomes Physical Therapist (PT)
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Massachusetts Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and residents How to
