Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week Shifts begin between 8:00-8:30 am

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for outpatient clients Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Provide education to patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and post-therapy care Document and maintain patient records according to legal and ethical standards Foster a supportive and motivational atmosphere throughout the rehabilitation process
