In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized physiotherapy programs to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. You will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive treatment and optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology will ensure that each patient receives tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and clinical best practices, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be committed to delivering compassionate care while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings Develop and implement individualized care plans targeting mobility, strength, pain management, and functional recovery Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, care transitions, and community reintegration strategies Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement Maintain accurate documentation of patient care using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems in compliance with healthcare standards Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies Experience Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Previous clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply) Experience evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and evidence-based treatment practices Ability to document patient care accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records (EMR) systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate patients and families Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education Join us to empower patients on their journey toward recovery!
