Join a traveling Physical Therapist team working in an outpatient clinic in Palmer, MA where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Candidate should demonstrate competency in comprehensive evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, and progress toward functional discharge goals. Proficiency with documentation, goal writing, quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and timely charge entry in electronic medical record systems. Ability to supervise and delegate discipline-specific tasks and provide clinical education to students when assigned. Commitment to professional standards, adherence to state practice act, and maintenance of required continuing education and licensure.
Preferred:
prior experience with safe patient handling programs and familiarity with outpatient therapeutic equipment and modalities.Assignment Details Facility Type:
