Physical Therapist - Acute InpatientBeth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth | Plymouth, MAPosition SummaryJoin the dedicated rehabilitation team at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth, a community-focused hospital committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. In this acute inpatient role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality physical therapy services across a wide range of diagnoses.

What You'll DoPerform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized plans of careDeliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions in an acute care settingCollaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionalsEducate patients, families, and caregivers to support recovery and promote independenceComplete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital standardsWhat We're Looking ForWe value clinicians who demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree (minimum) from an accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)CPR certification requiredNew graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant clinical fieldwork will be consideredDPT Candidates receive and additional $1.50 hourly in addition to base rate of pay.
Pay Range:
$35.53 - $61.67This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
