Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience required, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. New graduates not accepted. Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Completion of three HealthStream modules required prior to assignment start. Agency will reimburse upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client policy).
