What You'll Do:

As a Physical Therapist in Early Intervention, you will work with children from birth to age three in family homes and community settings, providing assessment, treatment planning, and direct services. Collaborating with families, you will create Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home and community-based services to support children's developmental goalsCollaborate with families to develop IFSPs that align with their priorities and desired outcomesConduct comprehensive assessments of each child's functioning and developmental needsAssist families in obtaining necessary equipment through documentation for insurance supportWork with the interdisciplinary EI team to complete Developmental AssessmentsDocument activities, assessments, and progress reports to support each child's journey
