School-Based Physical Therapist - Sudbury, Massachusetts

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Essential Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP/504 plan goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student success Complete assessments, documentation, and progress reports in a timely manner Recommend appropriate adaptations, assistive equipment, and modifications for students Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed Maintain accurate records and confidentiality at all times
