A robust package designed to support your health, wealth, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist at Holy Trinity, you will help our residents achieve their highest level of function, dignity, and independence.
Evaluate & Plan:
Conduct thorough initial evaluations to design personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
Deliver Care:
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
Collaborate:
Partner with a multidisciplinary healthcare team (OT, SLP, nursing) to ensure holistic resident care.
Educate:
Empower residents and their families with the education needed for long-term functional success.
Document:
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).
Licensure:
Current or eligible state license to practice Physical Therapy.
Skills:
Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and a patient-centered heart.
Experience:
Experienced PTs are valued, but passionate new graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
