Conduct thorough initial evaluations to design personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.Deliver Care:
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.Collaborate:
Partner with a multidisciplinary healthcare team (OT, SLP, nursing) to ensure holistic resident care.Educate:
Empower residents and their families with the education needed for long-term functional success.Document:
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and modify care plans as needed.Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).Licensure:
Current or eligible state license to practice Physical Therapy.Skills:
Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and a patient-centered heart.Experience:
