13 Weeks Shift Details 10-Hour Day Shifts 07:30 AM

PM Schedule:
Monday-Thursday alternating with Monday-Wednesday plus Saturday Rotating weekends and holidays required Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an inpatient setting to provide high-quality patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for adult and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to develop individualized treatment plans, and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and establish measurable functional treatment goals Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans Perform diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability testing Administer therapeutic interventions and modify treatment plans based on patient progress Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals regarding patient care and discharge planning Provide guidance and support to Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students Adhere to departmental quality, safety, infection control, and compliance standards Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License required Current BLS Certification required Strong inpatient physical therapy experience preferred Excellent communication, documentation, and patient care skills required Ability to effectively communicate in English required Preferred Qualifications Clinical Specialist Certification preferred for specialty-focused candidates Ability to serve as a clinical resource within a specialty practice area Experience supporting program development and specialty service initiatives preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
