Job Description

Physical Therapist Job TitlePhysical TherapistLocationAberdeen, MDSchedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per weekKey Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a diverse patient population including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patient visits per day with a target of 55 visits per week
  • Perform fall risk assessments and conduct comprehensive patient screenings
  • Treat a broad range of general orthopedic and neurological diagnoses across the full continuum of care
  • Manage and build an active caseload utilizing case management principles
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently using NextGen EHR Required Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland or eligibility to obtain
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience
  • Proficiency in general orthopedic conditions including but not limited to back pain, rotator cuff pathology, total joint replacement, disc herniation, and fractures
  • Experience with neurological conditions including Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations of visits per day Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience with NextGen EHR system
  • Background in case management and caseload building within an outpatient clinic setting
  • Familiarity with fall risk assessment protocols Why Join Us
