We take care of our patients — and each other. The Role We're hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our Bethesda clinic (6931 Arlington Rd, Suite C). You'll work alongside an experienced, supportive team in a brand-forward, modern outpatient setting — with the autonomy to actually treat your patients the way you trained to. What You'll Do Provide personalized, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care — manual therapy, exercise prescription, post-surgical rehab. Carry a manageable caseload (we don't run double-and-triple booked schedules). Use Prompt EMR and FOTO outcomes — efficient documentation that respects your clinical time. Collaborate with an experienced clinician-owner and small clinical team. Who You Are Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or eligible to license within 60 days). Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred). Skilled in orthopedic evaluation, manual therapy, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Strong communicator with a patient-first approach. Comfortable owning your caseload with minimal oversight. Why Work at DCPT?
