We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide outpatient and in-home physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient and in-home therapy focused on orthopedic and post-surgical recovery.
- Implement treatment interventions to improve strength, mobility, and overall function.
- Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention techniques.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Accurately document patient progress and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
- Travel locally for in-home patient visits as needed. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; Current State licensure in good standing
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
- New Graduates are also welcome
- Reliable transportation for travel to patient locations (Required).
- Experience in orthopedics, total joint replacement, or home-based therapy preferred.
