Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide outpatient and in-home physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide outpatient and in-home therapy focused on orthopedic and post-surgical recovery.
  • Implement treatment interventions to improve strength, mobility, and overall function.
  • Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention techniques.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Accurately document patient progress and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Travel locally for in-home patient visits as needed. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; Current State licensure in good standing
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
  • New Graduates are also welcome
  • Reliable transportation for travel to patient locations (Required).
  • Experience in orthopedics, total joint replacement, or home-based therapy preferred.
