Outpatient Physical Therapist

There is opportunity to work in acute hospital setting on PRN basis within this company. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques including aquatic therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports rehabilitation Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility improvement, and pain management strategies Manage discharge planning to ensure seamless transition of care from clinical settings to home or community environments Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, supervision of PTA's. Perform follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy essential for effective treatment planning Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to physical therapy and patient care documentation Experience preferred but we welcome a new graduate. Ability to deliver care across diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics Skilled in discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans for varied clinical needs Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and communication Knowledge of acute care procedures and hospital experience enhances patient outcomes Expertise in physiotherapy techniques such as orthopedics, aquatics, geriatric Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to restoring mobility, reducing pain, and empowering patients on their journey toward better health.
