Therapy - Physical Therapist

- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
- Ad to all credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent Maryland state license required
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before start date
- Minimum of 40 guaranteed hours per week with adjusted hours during holiday weeks Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
