Job Description

Our team members offer the highest quality of patient care to provide outpatient orthopedic/vestibular/functional rehabilitation services. Our practitioners provide one-on-one (45 minutes, no double book appointments) comprehensive management approach and utilize the highest level of clinical skills. We are Best rated Physical Therapy Office for several years (outpatient physical therapy clinic) located in the heart of Columbia, Maryland. As part of our team, you will have the ability to learn from and grow alongside some of the most dedicated experts in the field of manual physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and functional rehabilitation. Core Duties and Responsibilities Restores patient's function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy. Provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results. Determines physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription. Helps patient accomplish treatment plan by administering manual exercises, giving massages, and using equipment as necessary. Evaluates and records patient's progress, modifying treatment plans, and trying new treatments if required. Evaluates the use and fit of prosthetic and orthotic devices by observing, noting, and observing patient's progress; and recommending adjustments and modifications. Documents patient care services by charting in-patient and department records. Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies. Educates patients and their families about the recovery process and the challenges they will face. Actively working with regional PT schools to support clinical education as a CI Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy License in Maryland Valid Graduation Certification from an accredited PT program New PT graduates & experienced PTs welcome to apply A strong desire to work in outpatient orthopedics Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills CPR and first aid certified Profession Development Opportunities Freedom to bypass traditional treatments, using our state-of-the-art technology to determine the best path for each patient's personalized plan Meet with patients 1-1 for 45 minutes Onsite Mentorship available for orthopedic residency and fellowship program Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients through compassionate care and expert rehabilitation services.
