  • or an experienced pelvic floor PT who understands the ortho connection. Here's why your ortho background is essential: Most pelvic floor dysfunction has an orthopedic component (hip mobility, SI joint, lumbar spine, posture) You'll treat complex cases that require BOTH skill sets Mixed caseload: orthopedic cases + pelvic floor integration This isn't just internal work

Pelvic Floor Cases (you'll be trained/mentored): Pelvic pain with hip/back involvement Postpartum dysfunction with core/ortho issues Bowel/bladder dysfunction Sexual dysfunction with musculoskeletal factors Male pelvic floor (prostate, post-surgical, optional) Pediatric cases (optional)
Orthopedic Cases:
Hip, back, SI joint dysfunction Core and postural issues Sports injuries Post-surgical rehab Chronic pain with biomechanical roots The reality: Most of our patients need BOTH skill sets. That's why we're selective.
The Clinical Model:
✅ Cash-based practice (we accept Medicare)
  • patients who value your expertise ✅ 8 patients/day average vs. 14-20 at high-volume insurance clinics ✅ 90-minute pelvic floor evals
  • time to actually assess ✅ 45-60 minute ortho follow-ups
  • not 20-minute slots ✅ You'll have time to educate, treat, and get results.
We're Looking For:
Required:
licensed in Maryland (or eligible for licensure) Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills Comfortable with manual therapy, biomechanics, movement assessment Willing to learn/expand pelvic floor skills (we provide comprehensive mentorship)
Ideal Candidate:
Understands how hip mobility affects pelvic floor Recognizes SI joint dysfunction in pelvic pain patients Sees the connection between posture and pelvic health Wants to become an expert in complex, interconnected cases Can communicate value in a cash-based model Coachable and eager to grow New grads welcome
IF:
You have strong ortho clinical experience and are ready for intensive mentorship
What You'll Get:
Clinical Growth:
Weekly 1-on-1 training with top pelvic floor specialists Learn to integrate ortho + pelvic floor assessment Mentorship program for those new to pelvic floor External CE course reimbursement

$85K
