1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting with a focus on orthopedics, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience. Details Outpatient physical therapy setting with full support staff, including front office personnel and PT Aides/Techs Patient caseload averages 12-14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week Double-booking is standard practice at most locations Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; no weekend shifts Uses RainTree as the EMR system 13-week contract Requirements Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required Experience in outpatient orthopedics, personal injury, and workers' compensation required New graduates will not be considered Current PT license required if applicable BLS certification required Additional Information Orientation is facilitated by the Clinic Director and begins a few days before the assignment start date First day includes staff introductions, EMR orientation to RainTree, shadowing treatments, and seeing a limited number of patients; full caseload begins on day two Contract clinicians carry the same patient caseload as permanent staff Local candidates are welcome to apply All time-off requests should be submitted upfront Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
