Job Description

Physical Therapist Job TitlePhysical TherapistLocationEaston, MDSchedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8s (40 hrs/week); flexible scheduling including 4x10s availableKey Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patient populations
  • Manage a caseload targeting approximately 11 patient visits per day
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment for a broad range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, joint replacements, spinal conditions, and soft tissue injuries
  • Provide neurological rehabilitation support for patients with conditions such as Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
  • Perform case management duties as part of the patient care continuum
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using NextGen EHR Required Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience
  • Experience treating adult and geriatric patient populations
  • Proficiency or ability to work within NextGen EHR system
  • Demonstrated competency in orthopedic physical therapy practice Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience treating neurological conditions including Parkinson's Disease and MS
  • Familiarity with post-operative rehabilitation protocols including rotator cuff repair and total joint replacement
  • Experience managing complex orthopedic presentations such as TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, and SI joint dysfunction Why Join Us
