Physical Therapist

- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patient populations
- Manage a caseload targeting approximately 11 patient visits per day
- Deliver evidence-based treatment for a broad range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, joint replacements, spinal conditions, and soft tissue injuries
- Provide neurological rehabilitation support for patients with conditions such as Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
- Perform case management duties as part of the patient care continuum
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using NextGen EHR Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience
- Experience treating adult and geriatric patient populations
- Proficiency or ability to work within NextGen EHR system
- Demonstrated competency in orthopedic physical therapy practice Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience treating neurological conditions including Parkinson's Disease and MS
- Familiarity with post-operative rehabilitation protocols including rotator cuff repair and total joint replacement
- Experience managing complex orthopedic presentations such as TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, and SI joint dysfunction Why Join Us
