Therapy - Physical Therapist

- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
- Willingness to complete any additional documentation required prior to assignment start Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
