What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life. Provide one-on-one patient care in a supportive outpatient setting. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Complete timely and accurate documentation using our electronic medical record system. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork, growth, and exceptional patient experiences.
