Role:
Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support patient rehabilitation across our orthopedic clinics. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation programs Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs Document care plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated care Adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or sports medicine preferred Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills Employee Benefits Vacation and sick time 9 paid major holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Tuition assistance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Mileage reimbursement
