• Full-time Physical Therapist is needed to perform the following duties:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment programs to restore physical function, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
• Perform and document comprehensive initial evaluations including assessment of strength, mobility, neuromuscular function, balance, and functional capacity. Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care by administering therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy techniques, soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic modalities such as electrotherapy. Review physician referrals and patient records to determine appropriate interventions and obtain informed consent prior to treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements. Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify interventions to ensure effective patient care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term rehabilitation strategies. Discharge patients once treatment goals are achieved and refer patients to appropriate healthcare providers when conditions fall outside the scope of physical therapy practice
• Oversee clinical operations across multiple outpatient rehabilitation clinics within the assigned region. Supervise and mentor physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and administrative staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with professional standards.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Develop strategies to improve patient outcomes, clinic productivity, and overall service quality. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, practice acts, and organizational policies. Bachelor's Degree is required in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy + State License.
