We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy professional to join our team and help our patients achieve their goals and regain independence.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and caring Physical Therapy professional to join our team. As a Physical Therapy professional, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and regain independence. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center is equipped with the latest technology and offers a wide range of services, including physical therapy.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation Work closely with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement effective individualized treatment plans Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field (minimum) Current licensure and certification in the state of Maryland (or eligibility for licensure) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
