We're looking for a high-level Physical Therapist who wants more than just treating patients—you want to lead, build, and practice at a higher clinical level . What You'll Do Treat complex patients: Falls, gait, balance Stroke, Parkinson's, neurologic conditions Frailty, post-hospital decline, pain affecting function Work directly with physiatrists in a team-based care model Lead day-to-day clinic operations and maintain clinical standards Mentor staff and contribute to a growing PT team Collaborate with our PT Residency Program Director (teaching + training) Participate in clinical research and program development Help launch and scale new clinic locations (for the right candidate) What Makes This Different Physiatry-led model (not siloed PT care) Focus on function and outcomes , not volume Exposure to full care continuum (clinic → hospital transitions → subacute → home) Real opportunity for leadership and growth , not just a title Integration of clinical care + research + education Who This Is For You might be a strong fit if: You think beyond protocols and care about clinical reasoning You enjoy complex patients (not just straightforward ortho) You've ever thought: "There has to be a better way to treat these patients" You want to grow into leadership and program-building Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Experience or strong interest in geriatrics, neuro, or complex care Leadership potential (or prior leadership experience) Compensation Competitive base + performance incentives Leadership growth pathway tied to clinic expansion
