Key Qualifications:
Active state Physical Therapy licensure in good standing (or eligibility) Knowledge of outpatient therapy practices and standards Experience with evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and modifying them based on patient progress Commitment to professional ethical standards and compliance with state and federal guidelines Strong documentation skills and proficiency with medical recordkeeping Ability to educate patients, families, peers, and students effectively Demonstrated focus on patient and employee safety Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and learning
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and design functional, goal-oriented treatment plans Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services as needed Maintain thorough documentation, following clinic, state, and federal guidelines Serve as an educator and mentor to patients, families, students, and colleagues Contribute to a positive, safe, and compliant work environment Adhere to appearance, attendance, and punctuality standards set by the clinic
