SNF + Outpatient Mix Calhoun County Medical Care Facility Rare Full-Time Opening - Interviewing This Week Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Calhoun County Medical Care Facility and this is one of those roles therapists tend to stay in. Stable census. Supportive leadership. You'll work in a well-equipped therapy gym alongside PTs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs who genuinely collaborate. Leadership is on-site and accessible. Caseloads are built intentionally, not overloaded. Residents know their therapists by name. You'll have the time to treat, document ethically, and actually see progress. The Role Evaluate and treat residents in both SNF and outpatient settings Develop individualized, functional care plans Supervise and support PTA staff Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team Contribute to a therapy culture built on autonomy and accountability New grads welcome mentorship and leadership support available.
