Wellness Salary Range:
$82,000 to $102,000 based on experience, skillset, and clinical growth. Performance-based bonus structure tied to your impact and patient outcomes. One-on-one treatment sessions for every visit with no overlap or double booking. Full-hour appointments that allow you to evaluate, adjust, educate, and treat at a higher level. Structured mentorship for new grads and continued clinical development for experienced PTs. Weekly mentorship touchpoints focused on case review and clinical decision-making. Monthly skill-building sessions to expand your orthopedic, pelvic floor, and movement-based treatment approach. Quarterly workshops designed to help you continue growing as a clinician. Hands-on exposure to PRI-based treatment concepts, pelvic floor therapy, and dry needling integration. Monday through Thursday schedule from 8 AM to 6 PM and Fridays from 8 AM to 12 PM. No weekends and no on-call expectations. 401(k) with employer match. Simple IRA with 2 percent non-elective contribution after one year. Health insurance coverage. 80 hours of PTO annually. As a Physical Therapist here, you will work with: Orthopedic rehabilitation patients. Pelvic floor patients. Active adults and athletes. Persistent and chronic pain cases. Movement dysfunction and postural patterning cases. You will evaluate how the entire system functions together, including breathing mechanics, pelvic positioning, rib cage mobility, posture, gait, and movement coordination. Your treatment plans are built from clinical reasoning, not templates. What You Will Do as a Physical Therapist Deliver one-on-one outpatient Physical Therapy sessions focused on outcomes and individualized care. Perform thorough evaluations and create treatment plans based on movement analysis and clinical reasoning. Integrate orthopedic rehab, PRI concepts, pelvic floor therapy, and dry needling principles into patient care. Educate patients on movement patterns, recovery strategies, and long-term performance. Collaborate with a team that values communication, mentorship, and professional development. Track patient progress and continuously adapt treatment plans based on response and outcomes.
