$82,000 to $102,000 based on experience, skillset, and clinical growth. Performance-based bonus structure tied to your impact and patient outcomes. Monthly skill-building sessions to expand your orthopedic, pelvic floor, and movement-based treatment approach. Quarterly workshops designed to help you continue growing as a clinician. Hands-on exposure to PRI-based treatment concepts, pelvic floor therapy, and dry needling integration. Monday through Thursday schedule from 8 AM to 6 PM and Fridays from 8 AM to 12 PM. What You Will Do as a Physical Therapist Deliver one-on-one outpatient Physical Therapy sessions focused on outcomes and individualized care.
