In this dynamic role, you'll primarily deliver outpatient therapy services, with the chance to expand your clinical skills by occasionally floating to acute care. Schedule/Hours:
Travel/Contract assignment Float between outpatient and acute care as neededKey Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations using formal/informal assessment tools Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on data and patient tolerance Document care, update plans regularly, and ensure regulatory compliance Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapies, prognosis, and home programs Supervise PT assistants, aides, and students; support program development Recommend adaptive equipment and assist with order placements Engage in process improvement, interdisciplinary meetings, and community education Demonstrate effective communication and uphold high ethical standardsQualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) Experience in outpatient and/or hospital PT preferred Strong assessment, planning, and organizational skills Ability to supervise and teach both clinical staff and patients Commitment to professional growth and a collaborative approachBenefits & Perks:
