In this physical therapy role focused on both outpatient services and some acute care, you'll deliver patient-centered interventions and develop individualized treatment plans. You'll supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides, interact closely with an interdisciplinary care team, and educate patients and families for successful outcomes at home and beyond. Travel assignment; schedule details dependent on immediate clinical needDesired Skills & Qualifications:
Current license or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Hospital-based PT experience preferred Demonstrated ability to evaluate skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function Strong communication skills: able to educate and collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues Experience delegating to and supervising PT Assistants and Aides Effective documentation and compliance with regulatory standards Able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamKey Responsibilities:
Assess patient status and design personalized treatment plans Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on therapeutic approaches and home care Coordinate with physicians and support staff for continuity of care Oversee and delegate to PT Assistants and Aides Document patient progress and adapt plans as needed Engage in process improvement and program development activitiesBenefits & Travel Perks:
