Qualifications:
Valid and active Physical Therapist license (Michigan). Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred. Excellent patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Compassionate, flexible approach to care.Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive physical therapy to skilled nursing facility residents. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment programs.
