Sign-on bonus offeredJob DescriptionWe're seeking a motivated and patient‑centered Clinic Director to lead our team at Rochester Hills. You'll oversee daily clinic operations, support staff development, and ensure exceptional care for every patient.

Lead and oversee patient evaluations and ensure treatment plans meet clinical standardsProvide direct patient care and maintain accurate, timely documentationSupervise and support PTAs and rehab technicians to uphold quality of careDevelop and monitor plans of care, treatment goals, and patient progressEnsure consistent implementation of therapy programs and best practicesCommunicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and payorsSupport clinic growth through community outreach and local marketing effortsQualificationsGraduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current state of MI Physical Therapy licenseManagerial and marketing experience preferredAbility to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environmentBasic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS OfficeAdditional InformationSign-on and Incentive BonusesTraining and supportMultiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadershipEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Family-friendly work environmentInvestment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
