Your expertise will be essential in evaluating, planning, and implementing effective treatment strategies that cater to the unique needs of individuals across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments. You'll work collaboratively with a dynamic healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and recovery. What you'll do Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop personalized care plans that incorporate evidence-based physiotherapy techniques. Implement therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and geriatrics-focused treatments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ongoing patient support. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to track patient progress. Provide support in acute care settings while also engaging in pediatric and community care initiatives. Basic qualifications Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices. Proficiency in medical terminology to communicate effectively within the healthcare environment. Preferred qualifications Experience in inpatient hospital settings as well as outpatient clinics. Familiarity with home health services and community care approaches. Background in pediatrics and geriatrics to address diverse patient populations effectively.
