Compensation Highlights $3,195.20 Weekly Gross $1,246 Weekly Tax-Free Stipends $48.73/hr Taxable Rate $79.88/hr Blended Rate Why This Role Stands Out Consistent Monday-Friday schedule No weekends or on-call responsibilities 40 guaranteed hours per week Patient-focused outpatient setting Opportunity to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Strong emphasis on patient education and individualized treatment planning Schedule Day Shift | 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM 40 Hours Guaranteed No Weekends No Call What You'll Do Evaluate patient function through skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders Adjust treatment plans as patient conditions change Coordinate care with physicians, clinical staff, patients, and caregivers Delegate responsibilities to Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation aides Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, prognosis, and recovery goals Maintain accurate documentation and plan-of-care updates Required Experience Physical Therapy Experience•Required Outpatient Experience•Required Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Strong patient education and communication skills Requirements Active Michigan Physical Therapist License•Required AHA BLS Certification•Required Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Submission Requirements (Strict) Skills Checklist (within 1 year)•Required 2 Supervisory References (within last 2 years)•Required Active Michigan PT License Verification (LARA)•Required Active AHA BLS Certification•Required Complete Work History•Required Permanent Address Required (100-mile Radius Restriction Applies) Additional Details Guaranteed 40
