This travel therapy opportunity allows you to work primarily in outpatient settings, while occasionally floating to acute care. Key Responsibilities:
Complete thorough evaluations using formal and informal testing to assess patient function Develop, update, and document goal-specific treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other team members Delegate appropriate responsibilities to Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans, home programs, equipment, and safety Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, program development, and process improvement Maintain documentation compliant with all standards and regulatory requirements Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to assistive personnel and studentsDesired Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state or eligibility Experience in hospital or outpatient settings preferred Effective communication and teaching skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments Demonstrate professional behaviors upholding values of excellence, integrity, teamwork, and accountabilitySchedule:
